I am thankful to Ramesh Rangarajan for giving guidelines to healthy living in natural way. His method of treatment is unique but has its own advantage.

Ramesh brings in a unique and powerful mix of traditional and scientific yoga. This is because he is trained in a number of yoga traditions including lyengar and Bihar School of Yoga and also a MSC in Yoga and Naturopathy. I was extremely inflexible and within a matter of weeks, found good results. Thus Yoga works and what he coaches customized to me does produce results. My earlier yoga sessions with other yoga coaches and teachers were very painful and I used to hate yoga. Thanks to Ramesh, he first trained me in level 1 flexibility exercises and then level 2. No pain and good gain. He is also punctual in beginning every sessions and punctual in beginning every session and sometimes in his enthusiasm to give all, stretches beyond the original committed one hour (which becomes a problem for me because a problem for me because of my busy schedule). That said, I was so happy with my results that he now.

Yes yoga helped me a lot specially the breathing techniques. They came into use during the times of delivery… The rest of exercise and asanas kept me fit and healthy so that I could delivery normally without trouble. Thank you so much sir.. in short interval you taught me all core exercises.

I started yoga practice here from month of May.. with a six month. There are lots of changes in all the area of my life I must say.. Physical mental and emotional of teacher. It’s being best practice. Personally I like systemic approach towards the beginners..

~it’s not only warm you but open that all your joints muscles. Get your body alignment correct. No matter of what you have been perfect in warm of what you have been perfect in warm up first with your brathe inheal and exhale.

I joined Sri Sai Yogalaya since August 2019 for severe back pain, thyroid and weight loss issues. Ramesh Rangarajan Sir’s yoga sessions are power packed and foll of energy. The mind and body get totally refreshed. He has in-depth knowledge of all the asnas and every joint of the body. I have been doing yoga with Mr.Ramesh Rangarajan since 4 months. My age is 65 yrs. I have a back pain constantly. Since doing yoga with Rangarajan. My back pain is much better. I had a back surgery 9 yrs ago. After my regular practice I can do now forward and backward bending also. He taught vibaratha karani sir had to lift me keep my body on the billow. Now I am able to do that asana 30 min at a stretch and my internal organs much better after vibaritha karani. I am diabatic since 8 yrs my sugar has to come some what normal after doing yoga. Dosage of medicine is also reduced by doctor. Recently I have taken lipid profile test all the test report are normal. I had swelling my right angle and back of the neck now swelling is gone. I am happy doing yoga with Ramesh ji. He teaching method is very good.
Yoga is about finding yourself. I am glad that Ramesh Sir has really helped and supported for making this wonderful commitment come true! Before joining Yoga, I wasn’t comfortable in doing many things..he taught me each step to do it rightfully and authentically. I feel very relaxed and composed after joining his class.
