Shri Sai Yogalaya uses props like, blanket, pillows, bricks, bench, ropes etc. to do asanas by people who can not ordinarily perform such asanas. Thereby the real benefits of asanas will be attained by people of all ages.
The process of Yoga Therapy is based on selecting and sequencing asanas which stretch specified parts of the body, and block others. Yoga therapy calms the brain and soothes the nerves, reducing the apprehension of pain.Yoga theraphy begins with understanding the entire human body and the way it functions. The origins and development of the ailment in question are carefully studied, particularly the parts of the body most affected.
